15 Things You Should Know About Caffeine

I only started drinking coffee when I started university. My poor time management skills resulted in studying sessions that started in the evening and ended in the wee hours of the morning. At that time, coffee became the inseparable companion able to keep me awake and focused for long hours.Although I'm able to control my consumption now, the effect of caffeine has certainly helped me throughout the  years but I'm also aware of its unpleasant effects (in my case headaches!).
